Who we are

I’m Sarah, a Canadian-born flower farmer and floral designer, now happily rooted in Co. Westmeath, Ireland.

I grew up in a garden. My earliest memories are of pulling crisp carrots from the soil, gazing up at sunflowers that towered over me, and the thrill of finding the juiciest raspberry. Playing in the dirt has always been a place of joy.

My professional path first took me into the world of design. I studied Interior Design and worked for many years in Event Design, helping to shape beautiful spaces for folks to enjoy. When my family and I moved to the Irish countryside with our small children, life shifted. With an acre of green grass at my door, I found myself drawn back to the garden. Before long, that acre became a field full of flowers.

Now, each season brings new inspiration and creativity from the field. My days are spent growing, learning, and sharing flowers with others — whether that’s through wild-inspired weddings, wreath-making workshops, or bunches of blooms to brighten a day.

This slow flower field connects me to nature, to creativity, and to community, and I’m so glad to share it with you.
